Your best training options with us depends primarily on your location. If you live close enough to The Athlete Matrix in Mississauga, you are welcome to join us for training in this high-quality facility. If you prefer in-house or in-condo training, that may be the best fit. And of course, if you live outside of the area, we have great success with online/phone consulting as well, and we are proud to offer extremely high-quality online/phone consulting. In-Person Training sessions are 55 minutes in length. Phone Consultation Session length is mutually determined by the coach and client together. For example, some people prefer to have more-frequent, 20-minute sessions. Other people prefer less-frequent, 30-minute sessions. While others prefer weekly (or multiple-weekly in some cases), deep-dive, 60-minute sessions.
We use Square, the most popular off-site credit card processing company in North America. Square allows clients to safely & securely store their credit card information directly to Square, and allows us to safely and clearly bill our clients on an automatic, bi-weekly basis in-advance of sessions. This allows for seamless and clear billing logistics, which allows for the Programming & Client Results to be the number 1 priority for all of us.
